punished more severly? As in the case of the Wisconsin man who was a pastor at one time that let his daughter die because he believed that 'God' would heal her rather than seek proper medical attention. In my view, he committed the act of murder and therefore should have been punished with the most severe sentence allowable in the prosecuting courts jurisdiction, which for that area would have been life in prison with no eligibility of parole.
